Warranty Information
Last updated: 14 June 2026
Standard 1-year warranty
Unless otherwise stated, every product we sell is covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase.
Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which continue to apply to consumers and are not limited by it.
Product protection plans and warranty extensions
For added peace of mind, product protection plans and extended-warranty options are available on many products. Ask us at purchase, or contact [email protected] to see what is available for your equipment.
How warranty remedies work
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Cue-Go will, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund the product. As an authorised reseller, some claims may be assessed or fulfilled by the manufacturer or distributor, and timeframes may depend on them.
What is covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or improper installation (unless covered by a product protection plan).
- Normal wear and tear, and consumable items.
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Making a warranty claim
Contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will arrange assessment and, where the claim is valid, a remedy as above.
Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, repair, replacement or refund is your sole remedy under this voluntary warranty. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded (including, for consumers, under the Consumer Guarantees Act). Where goods are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Changes
We may update this Warranty Information from time to time.
