Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We may inspect and assess any item before providing a remedy. These rights are not affected by this policy.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are offered entirely at Cue-Go’s discretion. Where accepted, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, return shipping is at your cost, and any refund may be provided as store credit.

Items we cannot accept for change-of-mind returns

  • Special-order or custom-configured items.
  • Software, licences and downloadable products once activated.
  • Clearance or ex-demo items marked non-returnable.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or are not in resaleable condition.
  • Any item we reasonably determine is not eligible for return.

Business and trade customers

Where goods are purchased for business purposes (including by schools and hire companies), change-of-mind returns are not available unless agreed in writing, and the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

How to make a return

Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back, and we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, once we have received and assessed the returned item, less any applicable fees.

Changes

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time.
